financing (pre-qualification, determination of price range, product options), if needed; set you up to receive
automatic notices about homes becoming available that meet your criteria, schedule showings to fit your schedule,
research the market to negotiate the best deals for you, prepare and present all paperwork, ensure all deadlines
and requirements are complete, and even attend closing with you. She also keeps in contact with you to keep you
up to date. When you work with Kathy MacKenzie, you have your REALTOR for the entire transaction. You won't be
bounced from one agent to the next as the transaction progresses. She's there for you from start to finish . . . and
